Farnham Club of the Year 2023

On the evening of Monday 5th January 2024, Farnham Sports Council held its annual awards event at the Farnham Rugby Club.

This event recognises individuals, teams and clubs that have achieved great things in 2023.

In total there are 24 award categories of which some are particularly coveted awards such as Sports personality of the year, Coach of the year, team of the year and club of the year.

We are delighted to share that Farnham Town Running Club were the winners of the category ‘Farnham Club of the Year 2023’. This is a fantastic achievement for everyone associated with the club, having beaten some sports clubs that have achieved truly fantastic things last year.

In particular we were recognised for the significant growth in the club in 2023, but more importantly our focus on both inclusivity and welfare with our club and the wider community.
