Farnham Town Running Club has launched its first "Couch to 5K" course to 20 people either starting out with their running journey or returning to running. The course has been designed by the club to incorporate not just running, but adding strength and conditioning sessions, information, and education.

Set over 12 weeks this course will take participants from walking to running continuously for 30 minutes.

If you have decided to take that first step to improve your fitness, it is invaluable to have others around you to celebrate your achievements and keep you working toward your goal. 

Whether you are returning to running or if you have never run a step, we offer a fun and inclusive program across several weeks that will get you healthier, happier, stronger, and well on your way to being able to say ‘I am a runner!’
