Farnham Town Running Club will be launching it’s first ‘Couch to 5K’ introduction or return to running course in Spring 2021.

If you have decided to take that first step to improving your fitness, it is invaluable to have others around you to celebrate your achievements and keep you working toward your goal. 

Whether you are returning to running or if you have never run a step, we offer a fun and inclusive program across several weeks that will get you healthier, happier, stronger and well on your way to being able to say ‘I am a runner!’
