Welcome to February! A new month means a new theme and this month we’re focusing on the benefits of stretching!

Did you know
Stretching before and after a run comes with a wealth of benefits, it allows your body to move freely, improves performance and allows blood to reach your muscles.

Over the next few weeks we will be recommending different stretches for different muscle groups and what we think your pre/post run routine should look like!

Want something to get you started?

If you’re not used to stretching why not try a Yoga or Pilates class after your run, it helps stretch out muscles groups and strengthens your abdominal muscles.
